Effective 29 June 2020, Mariana UFP LLP (“MUFP”) and Avalon Capital Markets (“ACM”) have entered into a cooperation agreement. ACM is supervised for regulatory purposes by MUFP, and is registered as a Trading Name per the FCA Handbook.
MUFP and ACM share the same clearing and execution services. Both business are operated from separate locations and in addition a Chinese Wall separates the two independently managed businesses.
MUFP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 551170). As a trading name of MUFP, ACM is by default, also subject to the same FCA regulatory regime.
